Q. Is this a paid service?

A. No. This is not a paid service. It is free for use. If anyone is asking you for payment, please let us know immediately.

Q. Who can register on the website?

A. Any student who seeks a project can register on the website. Also, anyone who has projects to offer to the students can register on the website.

Q. What is the validity of my account?

A. For students, the user ids are valid for 2 years. Within 2 years, students are expected to get a project or complete the course and move further in their career. For an organization representative, the user id is valid for 3 years. After 3 years, the system will ask the user to validate again and renew the account or else it will be removed.

Q. Is there any assurance to the student to get a project?
A. This website facilitates students to get the projects. However, it does not assure that every student will get a project. It all depends on the number of project ideas submitted and the number of organizations supporting them.

Q. Do you ensure stipend to the students?

A. No. It depends on the organization to give stipend to the students. We do encourage organizations to give stipend to the students. Projects4students.com is not responsible for any financial transactions between the student and the organization.

Q. My organization has some projects to give. But we do not have any technical expertise. How Projects4students.com can help us in this?

A. In this case, the students will have to get help from their project guide from the college/institute. For accomplishing a successful project, it will be better for you to interact more with the students and their project guide so that you can give them your domain knowledge and they can understand your need properly.

Q. Can I get some technical help for the project? Can I get a mentor for the project?

A. As of now, we do not have any provision for assigning a mentor. In the future releases/enhancements, we will add a module for mentors.

Q. I do not have any projects to give, but I am interested to give technical help to students? How can I do that?

A. As of now, we do not have any provision for assigning a mentor. In the future releases/enhancements, we will add a module for mentors. Do write to us through the "Contact us" page and express your interest in mentoring.

Q. I can not see the website properly. / The site is not working properly on my browser.

A. The website will be seen properly in the resolution of 1024 X 768 with a JavaScript enabled browser.

Q. My organization has many projects to offer from various internal groups. How can we do that?

A. You may assign a single person who can internally co-ordinate and also interact on the website. If the groups have varied requirements, then it will be easier to add more people from the same organization to co-ordinate and interact with the students.

Q. I am a professor in a college and I want to register all my students on the website. Also, we want to register my college in the system? How can we do that?

A. Currently there is no provision for a college to register and monitor their student's activity. Also, there is no provision for "bulk registration" of your students. This facility will be available in the future release/enhancements of the website.

Q. I want to change/remove some entries.

A. You can update your profile/project ideas to do that. If you want to remove things completely, please send details through "Contact us" page.

Q. We are impressed with the website and want to promote it. How can we do that?

A. You can use the buttons/banners on the "Promote" page. If you have any other ideas, please write to us through the "Contact us" page.

Q. This website is very impressive!! We would like to put up our advertisement here. What is the procedure for the same?

A. The service offered on the website is completely free for use and is not a paid service. However, we will be happy to get sponsors and advertisers to cover our expenses and for further enhancements/releases.
